1. Delivery Services We Use
A. Standard Parcel Shipping (Under 30 kg)
For all items under 30 kg, we ship using:
Courier: DPD
Service: Next-Day Delivery
Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday
This service applies to:

Items shipped in boxes
B. Pallet Delivery (Large Toolboxes / Over 30 kg)
For large or heavy toolboxes requiring pallet transport:
Courier: Pallet Network (varies by region)
Service: Next-Day Pallet Delivery
Delivery Days: Monday to Friday
Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3 pm are shipped the same working day
Orders placed after 3 pm ship the next working day.
2. Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 3 pm (Mon–Fri): shipped same day

Orders after 3 pm: shipped next working day

Saturday orders: parcel items may ship the same day if stock allows; pallet shipments resume Monday

Sunday orders: shipped Monday
During peak periods, dispatch may be delayed by 1 working day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Parcels (Under 30 kg)

You will receive DPD tracking and a 1-hour delivery window
Pallet Deliveries (Over 30 kg)

Next business day delivery (Mon–Fri only)

Customers must be present to receive the pallet

Kerbside delivery only (driver cannot move items inside your home/workshop)
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Courier service chosen
We may offer free shipping promotions on select items or order values.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

DPD: full tracking, 1-hour delivery window, delivery options

Pallet delivery: tracking updates and delivery scheduling (varies by courier partner)
6. Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery:

DPD will attempt redelivery

You can also rearrange delivery directly from the DPD app or website
Pallet Deliveries
Missed pallet deliveries may incur re-delivery charges imposed by the pallet network.
Please ensure someone is available to receive heavy toolboxes.
7. Damaged Deliveries
We take great care with packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Please provide:

Description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
8. Incorrect or Missing Items
If something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will investigate and resolve it quickly.
